What is your guarantee and return policy?
I want your jewelry to be permanently attached to you if you want it to be. Top quality (so it lasts forever) is my priority. I stand behind my work with a Lifetime Guarantee on both materials and craftsmanship. Feel free to visit my Guarantee page to check out the details.

What form of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards via PayPal (it’s very cool…like a pal that pays) and the system is air-tight secure and easy to follow. If you do not have a credit card or you’re uneasy paying online…no worries. You can feel free to send a check via the mail. Please contact me for a mailing address. You should know, however, that this form of payment may delay the ordering process as checks need to be cleared before I start your order.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I sure do. I offer frequent sales promotions to my monthly newsletter subscribers and I post sales items in my online shop on an ongoing basis. I also offer a referral policy. If, once you have become a paying customer, you refer anyone who makes a purchase (no minimum required either), you will receive a $20 gift certificate. This perk applies to each individual you refer so send along as many people as you would like. If you would, please contact me to provide me with the names of the individuals you are referring.

Can I create my own piece by mixing and matching components from different pieces?
I have a lot of flexibility in my design process as all my jewelry is handcrafted so yes, with your vision I can absolutely custom design jewelry for you. I love to do that in fact. Check out my Gallery page for ideas to stimulate your creativity and contact me directly to discuss any ideas you have.

Can you reproduce jewelry for me in case I like a sold piece pictured in your Ready-to-Go pages?
Yes, I can. It is more than likely I can create a close reproduction but keep in mind that the final product will be dependent on the availability of the raw material I used for the original piece. Please contact me for details to discuss all your options.

How do I care for my jewelry?
No worries…all my jewelry is really low maintenance and a complete instruction sheet for each piece you buy will be included with every purchase.

What is your shipping charge and how is my jewelry going to arrive?
I offer a flat rate $7 charge via the USPS no matter where I ship to. Each jewelry piece will be packaged in a snazzy orange gift box tied up with snazzy cool ribbon.

Can I order a name tag without a chain?
Yes, you can order a name tag as an add-on to a necklace you have already purchased (in case you have a new baby, grandchild, and so on). Please contact me for details. You should know, however, that name tags and charms are not sold separately otherwise.

What is your standard turn-around time?
Turn-around time is 2 to 3 weeks for Personalized and Made-to-Order jewelry. It is 2 to 3 days for Ready-to-Go jewelry. If there is a deadline date for orders placed during peak holiday seasons, you will be notified before your order is processed.
