My goal is to create timeless jewelry exclusively for you that can be worn often, is extremely durable and will be cherished forever and ever. I stand behind my work with a Lifetime Guarantee on both materials and craftsmanship.

If you receive my jewelry and find within 15 days that my materials and/or craftsmanship are defective in any way, please contact me immediately for return instructions and a shipping address. A returned piece within that time frame must be in its original packaging and insured postage will be covered by me. You will be given a replacement piece or store credit right away.

Additionally, for the entire life of your jewelry, I will clean and polish and/or make any necessary repairs (not related to neglectful care). The only minimal costs will be replacement materials (if needed) for a repair. An estimate of these costs will be provided to you before a repair is started. To return jewelry for this purpose, contact me for return instructions and a shipping address. I can not, unfortunately, be responsible for this shipment so I do recommend that your package be insured and that your piece be securely padded in bubble wrap. I will return your cleaned and/or repaired piece within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving it.

Unless there is a quality issue, there are some Guarantee exclusions:
Orders can not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed as my jewelry is custom made-to-order. I can not assume responsibility for mistakes made when ordering such as name misspellings, etc. Any replacements or alterations can be made but there will be a cost which will be based on what is required to correct a piece.

Manufactured chains – Some of my chains are ordered from suppliers. I do not make them and as such, can only extend the 90 day warranty extended to me by the suppliers.

Glass silk bead patina – over time and wear, some of the painted or coated beads I incorporate into some of my designs develop a worn patina which intentionally gives my pieces a chic and artsy look.

Silver, bronze and copper metal clay tags and charms – the tags and charms I make out of clay are all individually formed, cut and stamped by hand and are intended to look handcrafted and organic. Characters and images are not machine-aligned and slight imperfections, impressions and dings are expected and intended.
